Traveler Terms and Conditions

Travel arranged by Southwestern Travel Group may involve risk. You as the traveler assume responsibility and agree to release and hold-harmless Southwestern Travel Group and its employees from and against, all claims and liability associated with travel. We urge all travelers to enroll in STEP, a free service to allow U.S. citizens and nationals traveling and living abroad to enroll their trip with the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate.

Please refer to your airline/hotel/rental car vendor for COVID-19 policies, in regard to health and safety precautions. We encourage you to research the destination in which you plan to travel and understand restrictions and travel guidelines, set in place by the World Health Organization, Center for Disease Control, State Department, and local government guidelines. Ticket Policies, Rules, and Restrictions

  • Once purchased, most tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Any modifications are subject to availability, additional fees, airlines rules and regulations
  • All travelers are responsible for keeping travel documents current
  • Prices do not include baggage or other ancillary fees.
  • Fares are not guaranteed until ticketed.
  • All service fees are non-refundable

Insurance
We encourage all passengers to purchase travel insurance. In the event of a traveler becomes ill during travel, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveler’s responsibility and they shall not be entitled to any refund. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever, resulting from events beyond our or a supplier’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics strikes, lockouts or other labor disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, floods or acts or restraints imposed by government authorities.

Credit Card billing
Your credit card statement may show multiple charges. Example – Airline charges (cost of the airline ticket) PLUS an additional booking transaction service fee to process your E-ticket. All quotes are inclusive of all taxes, service and fees.

24 Hour Void Period
You may void your flight by contacting our office, within 24 hours from the time of ticketing without penalty. After 24 hours fares are subject to cancellation/change fees.
